Location: Beaujolais-Villages.
Size: 2.8 hectares.
Altitude: 400m.
Vines: 25-65-year-old Gamay vines grown on granite soil
in the winery:
- Cold carbonic vinification, wild yeast fermentation, minimal SO2, unfiltered bottling.
- Matured in 3,000-liter ovoid tanks and horizontal vats on fine lees to retain fruitiness and prevent oxidation.

- Drink on release or keep for up to five years.
- Like all great Beaujolais, delicious on its own lightly chilled, or with a plate of charcuterie.
