Plenty of ripe, controlled red fruits, with a twist of liquorice and dusty spices, and anchored by mellow but present acidity.
- Produced 100% from the Trousseau grape variety, which originates in the Jura region. The vineyards are located on particularly steep slopes and all aspects of the farming are managed organically.
- This domaine, situated in the centre of the village of Pupillin, is three generations old.
- Would pair delightfully alongside mushroom terrine, charcuterie or a paella.
- Can certainly be enjoyed upon release, or can age for upwards of 5 years.
