- Aromas of yellow peach and apricot. Very concentrated on the palate with punchy acidity and a savoury finish that stops just short of bitterness.
- 92% Chenin Blanc, 8% Viognier. Taken from 35 year old vines in the Paardeberg Mountain. The granitic soils enhance the mineral qualities of the grapes.
- Farming is sustainable with some organic and biodynamic practices used.
- Pair alongside tuna tartare or seared scallops.
- Can be enjoyed now but has ageing potential for at least 10 years.
