This is a cool-climate White Blend from the Sondagskloof region of the Cape South Coast. Made from 13 and 11 year old vines of Sauvignon and Semillon respectively this blend is has an energetic acidity and a chiselled structure, processing fantastic ageing potential.
Lightly oaked, with a vibrant acidity and structure. The vineyards are situated in the cool climate region of Sondagskloof on the south coast of South Africa.
The Sander family are in the process of achieving organic certification with many practices already in place. Drink now but suitable for 5+ years of ageing
Pairing with pork or veal escalope.
