Renowned for its quality since the late 1980s, this 3rd Growth Chateau produces a wine that often surpasses its status. A shining example of exceptional St Julien. The 2017 vintage is a vibrant blend of ripe black and red fruits, complemented by toasted oak, sweet tobacco, and cloves. Its well-balanced tannins and forward palate make it both powerful and charming.
93/100 - The 2017 Lagrange strides confidently out of the glass with notes of warm blackberries, black cherry compote and black currant jelly plus nuances of Indian spices, garrigue and lilacs.
