Natacha Chave’s Crozes-Hermitage is dense and concentrated. But even with this concentration of fruit, she manages to maintain a beautiful balance. Lovely to drink now and will develop and improve with a bit of ageing. This is a textbook example of Northern Rhone Syrah. NB - This is Magnum format (150cl)
Great expression of the syrah on the nose with black plum and dark berry aromas.
The palate opens up on a concentration of dark fruits with velvety texture and tannins.
Now labelled organic.
Drinks perfectly now and up to 5 years.
