Established by Davy Dosnon in 2004, this winery has established a reputation for producing plush, opulent champagnes that combine the ripe fruit of the Aube with a with sophisticated finesse. This bottling is full-bodied, elegant and dry, with particularly mild perlage and notes of red as well as citrus fruits, slightly mineral with a long, soft finish.

Processing takes place in steel tanks where the wine is aged on its lees for 60 months.
La Maison Dosnon is located in Avirey-Lingy, in the heart of a unique terroir called La Côte des Bars. Found in the southern part of the Champagne region, the vineyards are situated on rolling hills of hard limestone soils similar to those in Chablis.
Ready to be enjoyed on release.
