Yellow in colour; aromas of lemons and pears with a subtle hint of oak; full-bodied with persistent finish.
70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay; fermented and aged in Puligny- Montrachet barrels.
The mineral freshness, a trademark of Dosnon's Champagnes, is due to the Limestone soils in the Côte des Bar.
Can be drunk now, but will continue to round out over the next few years.
Although perfect on its own, Dosnon suggest pairing their Champagne with mussels.
