Kabinett Riesling is the lightest style of Riesling in the German Prädikat system, remaining fresh with typical acidity.


Lovely floral nose, accompanied by tropical fruit like pineapple, followed by peaches and lime. With precise wet stone finish.
After pressing the grape juice undergoes fermentation with wild yeast and sends 5 months ageing on the lees.
Made from 100% Riesling grapes from different plots around Openheim and Dienheim. 
Drinks beautifully now and until 2026.
Pair with harissa roast cauliflower or with a homemade chicken pie.
