91-93/100 - The 2021 Chablis Les Pargues has a completely different nose to the Boucheran with far more expressive yellow fruit and light floral scents. This is quite entrancing. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, more energy than the Boucheran, taut yet energetic with a lovely salinity towards the finish. Interestingly, a second barrel is more neutral and austere on the nose, yet there is still that same palpable sense of energy on the palate. - Neal Martin, Vinous
