90/100 - On paper this is a white wine, but it looks like a pale rosé. The interplay of ripe-quince and summer-meadow character with creaminess and lively acidity is strikingly original and makes this a lot more interesting than a lot of pinot grigios. Crisp finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now. Screw cap. - James Suckling
Pale in colour thanks to the skin contact. On the nose, grapefruit and banana are the dominant aromas, with peaches, almonds and nectarines noticeable after a time. Refreshing on the palate with a sweet acidity and good body.
Produced with 20 hours of maceration after destemming, followed by gentle pressing and clarification without filtration. Aged 'sur lie' for four months.
Vines are grown on soils with strong organic matter that are easily warmed in the summer. These grapes are harvested early due its location but still display great ripeness.
Can be enjoyed upon release or can be aged if so desired.
Great on its own but easy to pair alongside pan-roasted fish, risotto or seafood.
