Dry, crisp, fresh and with lots of flavour, this exceptional single vineyard Grüner is a stunning example of this grape.
Stone fruit flavours, great fresh acidity and good depth; dry, with a long finish.
Made from old vines grown in the single vineyard 'Bürsting'.
Superbly made by Grüner specialists Ebner-Ebenauer.
Drinks well from release, but can improve with a few years of age.
Match with Black Cod marinaded in miso.
