This Austrian Grüner surpasses the typical with its intricate balance of spice and minerality. Dry yet bursting with flavour, it stands as one of the most distinguished Grüner Veltliners we’ve offered at this price.
Hailing from the esteemed loess soils of Poysdorf's Freiberg and Ebenthal vineyards, this wine is a true representation of the Weinviertel's signature grape. With a perfect balance of fruit and elegance, it delivers a refined bouquet of cool pear aromas and a palate bursting with juicy apple and white pepper, accented by fine spicy mineral notes. This crisp and complex Grüner Veltliner is ideal for pairing with a variety of dishes, from baked cheeses and hearty comfort foods to fresh fish, cheeses, and summer salads. Matured in stainless steel and carefully filtered after three months of lees contact. Enjoy from 2024 to 2028.
