Jolie-Laide’s inaugural Aligoté, a vision years in the making and a delightful Californian rarity. Sourced from two unique sites in the northern Russian River Valley and San Benito County AVAs. Naturally fermented and aged in a combination of concrete and neutral puncheons for purity and freshness. As you would expect from Jolie-Laide, it has laser beam focus, Chablisienne in style, crisp and clean with mouth-watering salinity.

Location: Las Cimas Vineyard and Siletto Family Vineyards
Elevation: 800 feet at Las Cimas, 600 feet at Siletto, encapsulating a diverse terrain profile
Soil: Franciscan soils at Las Cimas and alluvial gravely loam at Siletto
Viticulture: Organic farming, benefiting from northeast-facing slopes, coastal breezes, and Pacific fog to retain grape freshness
IN THE WINERY:
Grapes are whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in concrete eggs and neutral puncheons, with only native yeast used to complete primary and malolactic fermentation
