Rare varieties that you don't often see are found in this unique blend. Trousseau Noir, Cabernet Pfeffer, Valdiguié and Gamay. Cabernet Pfeffer is planted in small quantities around California. Cab Pfeffer contributes a brightness to the wine with fresh red fruit. Along with a gorgeous underlying spice.


Delicate and lean, mineral-laden, raspberry and cranberry scented with incense, tobacco and hints of black pepper. 
Fruit sourced from vineyards dotted abound Northern California.
45% Trousseau Noir, 30% Cabernet Pfeffer, 20% Valdiguié, and 5% Gamay.
Ability to cellar for up to 5 years but drinking well now.
Pair with pasta decadent ragù.
