92/100 - The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dense, brooding wine. Swaths of mountain tannin wrap around a core of dark red-toned fruit, iron, savory herbs, and graphite. The blend is approximately 50% estate and 50% neighbour fruit, including 25% Merlot. This is an especially reticent 2021, but, then again, we are on Atlas Peak.
