Bright, zippy Chenin Blanc from Kunin, sourced from Jurassic Park Vineyard - one of Santa Barbara's oldest sites. The wine is bottled unfiltered and no sulphites are added, the result is a wild and unique wine with refreshing flavours that draw you in after each sip.
92/100 - The 2019 Jurassic Park Natural Chenin Blanc is made without yeasts, sulfur, fining or filtration. "The skins are highly oxidative," says Magan Eng. "You think about minimal sulfur and how a wine can get tired. This wine without sulfur is actually stronger and longer lived. It's very intentional." It has a lovely perfume of dried chamomile, Golden Delicious apples, beeswax and hay. The palate is medium-bodied, rounded and wonderfully perfumed, with seamless freshness and a long, layered finish. Yum! 125 cases produced. - Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate

Rounded, ample texture, with stone fruit flavours, leading to a crisp, precise and mineral-laden finish.
From 30 year old vines planted in a vineyard noted for its preponderance of fossils.
The grapes are crushed and destemmed like and put into open-top vessels where wild yeasts present on the grape skins naturally complete the fermentation process.
No sulphites or preservatives are added and the wine is bottled unfiltered.
Drink up to 5 years after release.
