A delicate, floral white wine, vinified from fruit grown in volcanic soils, at 500m altitude on Sicily's Mount Etna.


90/100 - The 2021 Etna Bianco opens with cascading floral tones and crushed stone giving way to sweet peach. It’s soft and enveloping, with a bolt of green citrus and riveting acidity that quickly builds tension. This leaves the palate completely refreshed and with a salty concentration. The blend of Carricante and Cataratto gives life to a wine of great finesse and complexity, with marked citrus and floral aromas, as well as volcanic minerals on the palate. This white is characterised by the synchronicity of refreshing and balanced savory flavors and a persistent finish. Color is straw yellow with flecks of green. Aromas of Etna Broom, grapefruit and lemon, green apple, fresh-cut grass, and wet stone. Flavor is fresh and enchanting with balanced sapidity. Lingering olfactory persistence reminiscent of green apple and lemon.
