A wine dedicated to his daughter, Maxime Magnon has produced this great Corbières, fulfilling his ambition of creating a harmonious ecosystem within his vineyards through biodynamic practices. With minimal intervention during the winemaking process, this is a delightful wine not to be missed!

On the nose, aromas of red and black fruits and spice. On the palate, the spices are deeper, combining a lengthy finish with pleasant complexity.
Made from 90% Grenache and 10% Cinsault, only produced in certain years.
This vineyard of 14 hectares is entirely worked by hand, without the use of pesticides or insecticides.
Pairs nicely with a hearty Beef Bourguignon or grilled duck breast.
Can age wonderfully for up to 10 years.
