France > Jura > Pupillin
This cuvée of Chardonnay is harvested from 60-year old vines. It ages in small oak barrels for three years, producing a wine of remarkable concentration with classic notes of hazelnut and honey.
Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand are a multi-dimensional family operation who produce milk, grains and cereals as well as wine, in Pupillin, smack dab in the middle of the Jura's Arbois appellation.

The vineyards, situated entirely within the confines of Pupillin, are on rather severe slopes within the area known as “La Bidode”. All farming aspects are handled organically, which has been the case since the establishment of the domaine many decades ago.
