Very dry, crisp and fresh; apple and citrus flavours; nice clean finish.
Picpoul de Pinet can often be overly austere, but this has a lovely, subtly fruity quality.
Made by one of the few smaller artisan producers in the area, the quality approach shows through.
Drink the youngest vintage available - it's best when it's freshest.
