With aromatics reminiscent of Northern Rhône, this amazingly concentrated single-vineyard wine shows just how stunning cool-climate Californian Syrah can be.


Juicy cherry, black pepper and savoury nuances; full-bodied with heaps of texture; earthy hints on finish.
Fermentations are with natural yeasts; small sulphur adjustments are made just before bottling.
Winemaker Sashi Moorman also produces wines for Domaine de la Cote and Sandhi Wines.
Could last up to a decade after release.
This Syrah would be great with lamb chops.
