Crafted using Pinot Noir from selected vineyard sites in Sonoma and Napa counties. The sandy loam soil and vine age of 20+ years old provide a high-quality grape base for this bright Pinot. The wine is fermented in both stainless steel and barrel, with a cultured yeast strain that enhances the varietal characteristics. Aged for six months in French oak, this wine is light in filtration and fining, resulting in a clean and fresh finish.
