The south-east facing vineyards are surrounded by indigenous flora such as; shrubs, trees and plants that thrive in the wild garrigue: rosemary, bay, thyme, broom, oak, pine…


Pale golden yellow in colour. The wine is remarkably fresh and aromatic with a pure green grape aroma running throughout. It is full of body and richness with an elegant combination of fruitiness and minerality. At the end you welcome just a touch of butter.
